摘要
通过分析我国工程项目管理模式存在的问题,在对比国内外常用的和新出现的管理模式的基础上,提出我国应大力采用及发展的项目管理模式,并依据工程项目的实例分析了其优缺点。
By analysis of problems of management mode of construction projects of China,this paper proposes project management modes that China should energetically adopt and develop on the basis of comparing common management modes at home and abroad and emerging ones,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages according to cases of construction projects.
