SWOT Analysis of Higher Educational Developing Process under "Great Taiwan Strait Era" between Fujian and Taiwan

两岸互动进入"大海峡时代"新阶段,闽台高教发展面临新形势和新挑战,要科学分析、理性应对,选择最优化战略行动计划促进"海西"高等教育先行先试。运用SWOT方法反演福建高教发展优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,结合"大海峡时代"社会经济和教育文化外向型发展趋势,构建福建高等教育发展矩阵,探讨"十二五"期间高教发展战略"福建模式"的可行性行动计划,以高教互动推进两岸政经、文教互动。

Both sides of the Taiwan Strait come into GTSE new stage, the higher education development of Fujian and Taiwan are all facing new trends and new challenges,which needs scientific analysis and chooses the best strategic active plan to promote the higher education of west of Taiwan Strait to try first.Using SWOT reviews the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Fujian higher education,combining with the outward-oriented development status of social economic and educational culture of Fujian province in the GTSE,proposes the action plans of ＂Fujian Model＂ of higher educational strategy in the future five years,to promote the west and east of Taiwan Strait to whole communicate each other.
