摘要
为探讨复方龙马自来胶囊对脊髓损伤的治疗效果和机理,采用改良的Alen氏装置,以25×10g·cm重力造成T10脊髓损伤的动物模型,并随机分为中药组和对照组,以脊髓神经功能、损伤节段脊髓灰白质血流量、组织学及形态计量学分析、超微结构变化等作为观察指标进行实验观察。结果显示中药组动物髓鞘、神经元细胞结构恢复理想,脊髓神经功能、损伤节段脊髓灰白质血流量以及组织形态计量学分析结果均优于对照组。说明复方龙马自来胶囊可以阻止脊髓的继发性损伤,改善脊髓微循环,促进神经元及损伤神经纤维的修复与再生。
In order to study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of compound “LONGMA ZILAI JIAONANG” (CLZJ) on spinal cord injury (SCJ), animal models of T 10 SCJ were made in rabbits by modified Allens method, randomly divided into two groups: TCD and control groups, and observed through experiments. The observed indices included spinal nerve function, blood flow of the gray and white matters in the injured spinal cord, ultrastructural changes, and histological and morphometrical analysis. The results showed an advantage of TCD group over the control in the ultrastructure recovery of neuron cells and myelin sheaths, the blood flow of the gray and white matters in the injured spinal cord and the analysed results of spinal nerve function and histomorphometry, suggesting that CLZJ could prevent the secondary spinal injury, improve the microcirculation of spinal cord, and stimulate the repair and regeneration of neurons and injured nerve fibers.
