逐痰通络汤对腰椎间盘突出模型的利水消炎作用

DIURETIC AND ANTI INFLAMMATORY EFFECT OF “ZHUTAN TONGLUO TANG” ON RAT MODELS WITH LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC HERNIA

为了观察逐痰通络汤对腰椎间盘突出模型大鼠的利水和消炎作用，利用腰椎间盘突出压迫神经根模型，在造模用药后４天、１０天、３０天进行血液流变学及神经根局部组织炎症介质（前列腺素Ｅ２、组织胺）含量测定。结果表明，逐痰通络汤能够改善全血低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学的状态，降低神经根局部炎症介质水平，从而证实逐痰通络汤对腰椎间盘突出动物有利水、消炎作用。

In order to observe the diuretic and anti inflammatory effect of “ZHUTAN TONGLUO TANG” (ZTT, Decoction for Removing Phlegm and Dredging Collaterals) on rat model with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia (LIDH), rat models of LIDH compressing the nerve root were used, the blood rheology and the levels of inflammatory media (prostaglandin E 2 and histamine) in the local nerve root tissues were measured 4 days, 10 days and 40 days after the modelling and the administration, respectively. The results showed that ZTT functions to improve the blood rheological indices and reduce the levels of inflammatory transmitters in the local compressed nerve root, thereby proving the diuretic and anti inflammatory effect of ZTT on LIDH animal models.
