摘要
为探讨金刚健骨片治疗骨质疏松症的疗效机理,将14月龄雌性SD大鼠去势3个月以后造成骨质疏松症模型,随机分成6组,每组10只,分别灌服金刚健骨片等药物13周后处死,检查各组动物股骨骨密度及股骨颈骨细胞超微结构的变化。结果显示,金刚健骨片能提高模型动物的骨密度,与模型空白组比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);股骨颈骨细胞超微结构观察发现,金刚健骨片组骨细胞成骨相和吸收相并存,模型空白组中未见成骨相骨细胞,主要为吸收相和退变相骨细胞。结果表明,金刚健骨片对动物模型骨质疏松症有良好治疗作用,其疗效机制可能与金刚健骨片使骨细胞性成骨和溶骨恢复正态平衡有关。
To explore the therapeutic effect mechanism of “JINGANG JIANGUO PIAN” (JJP, Tablets for Osteoporosis) treating osteoporosis, 60 ovariectomized SD rats aged 14 months were made into osteoporosis models and randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 for each. Three months after oral application of JJP and other medicines, the animals were killed, and the femoral bone mineral density (BMD) and femoral neck osteocyte ultractructure (OU) were examined in all the groups. The results showed that JJP could improve BMD of the modelled animals with a very significant difference (P < 0.01) in comparison with the modelled blank group and that in JJP group, both formative phase and resorptive phase osteocytes could be found to coexist in femoral neck OU, while in the modelled blank, only resorptive and degenerative osteocytes in femoral neck OU could be found instead of formative ones, suggesting that JJP had a good therapeutic effect on osteoporosis in animal model. The therapeutic effect mechanism may be related to JJP function of recovering the positive balance of the formation and the resorption of osteocytes.
