高校非正式组织实证性研究

An Empirical Study on the informal Organizations in Universities

非正式组织是指人们在共同的工作过程中自然形成的以感情、喜好等情绪为基础的松散的、没有正式规定的群体。高校学生非正式组织作为社会众多非正式组织中的一种形式,其存在对大学生的健康成长及高校管理均有非常重要的作用。通过问卷与访谈了解高校非正式组织的基本情况、分析影响非正式组织的相关要素、总结高校非正式组织发展的内部规律、提出加强高校非正式组织管理的几点建议,以促进高校学生管理工作的顺利进行。

Informal organization is referred to the loose and no official binding groups that naturally formed in works based on emotions such as favorite enjoys. The informal organizations in universities as one major type of informal organizations in the society play a very important role in students growing and schools＇ management. This paper made an analysis of the informal organizations in the universities and offered some suggestions in order to improve the management of college informal organizations.
