摘要
为了提高无刷直流电机的控制效果,设计了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)控制的无刷直流电机控制系统,主要包括无刷直流电机系统的硬件电路、电机的控制策略及设计,研究结果不仅实现了电机转速和电流的实时采集和分析,而且对电机控制参数进行了在线调试。这种控制方法可靠,易于实现,可靠性强,而且具有较高的应用价值。
In order to improve the control effect of a brushless DC motor,a brushless DC motor control system based on a digital signal processor is designed,which mainly consists of the hardware circuits,control strategy and design of the motor.The result shows that it not only achieves the real-time collection and analysis of the motor speed and current but carries out on-line debugging of the motor control parameters.This control method is reliable and easy to achieve.It is of higher use value.
