介绍了"PLC+触摸屏+显示仪表"这样一种既经济又可靠的混凝土搅拌站自动控制系统方案,讨论了混凝土搅拌站控制系统目前的发展状况,需要解决的问题,分析了搅拌站的控制流程、工艺要求和混凝土搅拌站当前各种控制方案,通过分析给出了搅拌站的总体设计方案,此种控制系统可以应用在大中型混凝土搅拌站上,将在经济性和实用性上取得很好的效果。对这种控制系统的软、硬件结构进行了分析与大体设计,并设计出了系统的原理框图。

This paper introduced an economical and reliable auto-control system in concrete mixing station with PLC plus touch screen and display instrument,the development of control system in concrete mixing station and the problem needed to be solved are discussed.Also,the control flow,process requirements of concrete mixing station and various control program of concrete mixing station are analyzed.By analyzing them,the design program is given.The system can be applied to medium and large concrete mixing station,and will bring about greater effection on economy and practicality.The software and hardware structure of control systems are analyzed and designed,and the diagram of this system is drawn.
