摘要
Cream型号显示器采用高光泽树脂原料,在给人华丽外观的同时,也存在材料硬度较高组装比较困难的问题。采用6 sigma手段,通过Gage R&R对测定系统分析,选定合适的测定系统,经过检测组装力的大小,并与McKinley 24型号进行对比分析,设定了3.0±0.5标准的组装力的大小。经过对影响组装力的五个方面的研究分析,确定了改善的方向。除原材料的硬度由于外观的要求不能更改外,其他四个方面都进行了最大化的改善。综合采用上述改善方法后,再次测定的组装力较之前有很大的减少。
Cream model displays used high-glossy resin,give gorgeous look and feel,while there are also more difficult to assemble a high hardness problem.Use of 6 sigma tools,through the Gage RR on the measurement system analysis,selection of an appropriate measurement system,the size of the tested assembly force,and with the McKinley 24 models were compared,setting a standard of 3.0±0.5 kg for the force assembled.After assembly of forces that affect several aspects,determined the direction of the improvement.Except the hardness of raw materials,the request can not be changed due to the appearance;the other four aspects have been conducted to maximize improvement.A combination of the above improvement method,re-test of assembly force compared to the previous result of a great reduction.
