摘要
通过安钢3#高炉上料主变速箱高速轴在生产中突然断裂的情况,对断裂面进行了仔细观察并对断裂高速轴进行取样、化验其化学成分,通过仔细地分析得出对高速轴采取的不科学的焊接工艺是造成本次主变速箱高速轴断裂的主要原因,为此,通过拆卸传动轴、清洗密封面并回装齿轮轴、回装变速箱盖、回装电机等步骤进行抢修,待主变速箱抢修完毕后经过试车确定其运行正常。
According to gearbox high speed shaft breakdown suddenly of 3# blast furnace in the production,observe the causing fracture carefully and test its chemical composition,derived high-speed shaft of gear box fracture caused by unscientific welding,By removing the shaft seal,cleaning and recover the gear axis,cover and gearboxes etc,its normal operation after test.
