外加剂复合聚合物防水砂浆的制备

Preparation of the polymer waterproof mortar by compounding additives

通过将羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、高效减水剂、消泡剂、引气剂、防水剂及膨胀剂等外加剂复掺进行试验,探索不同外加剂在砂浆中的合理掺量,使制备的砂浆具有较好的保水增稠性能,满足现场施工要求;28 d抗压强度在24 MPa以上,28 d抗渗压力大于1.6 MPa,符合JC/T 984—2005《聚合物水泥防水砂浆》标准规定。

Pilot studies of MECELLOSE,high efficient water reducer,foam suppressor, air entraining agent,waterproof agent,expanding agent and other additives on the properties of polymer waterproof mortar were conducted to investigate the best dosage of various additives, so as to make the prepared mortar have better water-thickening properties,capable of meeting the on-site constmetion requirements;28 d compressive strength is above 24MPa,28 d impermeability pressure is higher than 1.6MPa, whieh is in accordance with the standard JC/T 984--2005 ＂Polymer Cement Waterproof Mortar＂.
