摘要
分析了目前国内矿用罐笼推车机的现状,根据推车机实际工作情况确定了推车机设计的边界条件,并提出新型销齿式推车机方案,运用材料力学的知识对推车机进行了结构设计,利用有限元软件Ansys对关键部件进行分析。
Analyzed the current car pusher status of domestic mine, determined the boundary conditions based on the actual working conditions of pusher and designed a new type of pin gear pusher, conducted the structural design of car pusher based on the knowledge of mechanics of materials, accomplished finite element analysis of key components based on the finite element software Ansys.
