摘要
介绍掘进机工作时单个截齿的受力模型,通过有限元分析软件对截齿与齿座的装配体进行应力分析,了解其应力分布规律,得出截齿截割煤岩时最大应力出现的位置。所得结果为进一步改善截齿与齿座的受力状况,为解决硬质合金刀头脱落、折损和齿座脱落奠定了基础。
The single pick force model of roadheader was introduced, through the FEA software to the pick and pedestal assembly for stress analysis, find out the stress distribution, show the greatest stress position when cutting coal and rocks. The result provides the theoretical basis for further improve the pick and pedestal's stress condition, solve the cemented carbide and the pedestal broke or fall off.
