摘要
依据牛头刨床刨刀驱动机构的组成,建立了刨刀驱动机构的AMEsim模型,对其运动进行仿真,获得了滑枕的水平运动速度曲线和机构运动的可视化界面,验证了刨刀驱动机构的正确性及AMEsim模型的正确性。
According to driving mechanism composition of the shaper and planner tool, the driving mechanism AMEsim model was established, and kinematic simulation and analysis were carried. Simulation curve of horizontal velocity curve and visual simulation interface were obtained conveniently. This method confirmed the driving mechanism composition of the shaper and planner tool accuracy and the AMEsim model accuracy.
