摘要
研究了在普通磨齿机上磨削插齿刀后面的方法,得到了在磨齿机上实现展成运动的参数。提出了保持用渐开线凸轮的方法,改变面曲线支撑廓形,或者保持用平面支承的方法,改变凸轮廓形的刃磨的方法。讨论了曲线支承的形状、凸轮廓形和凸轮结构,采用数控机床时,用相应的程序保证插齿刀刃磨精度。
The method of grinding the pinion shaped cutter on the gear grinding machine was researched, the parameter of realizing the generating motion on the gear grinding machine was gotten. The method of in volute cam to change the curve supporting profile or the method of keeping surface supporting to change the profile was put forword. The shape of the curve supporting, cam profile and cam structure to ensure the precision of grinding were discussed.
