摘要
针对较大的铸铁零件其内孔磨损后,如用传统的补焊方法修复,则存在工艺复杂、修复周期长、修理成本高的缺点。现改用过盈镶嵌内套的修复方法,对部分设备进行了成功的修复。并叙述了其中一例的加工工艺方法及步骤。
