摘要
钢丝圈生产线缠绕机和牵引机采用可控硅直流调速系统进行驱动与控制,存在可靠性低、不具备故障自检测功能等弊端,严重影响了钢丝圈生产线的正常运行。针对钢丝圈生产线提出了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制及交流变频调速系统,对系统的硬件组成和软件设计进行了详细分析。
The steel wire ring winding machine and drag machines, driven and controlled bythe silicon control direct current speed-regulation system,have many disadvantages such as lowreliability,failure to automatically detect breakdowns,etc. These disadvantages have severely influenced the nornol run of production line. Aahernating current variable frequency speed-regulation system based on PLC is proposed,and a relatively detailed analysis on hardware composition and software design of the system is given.
