摘要
阐述了MG300-W型采煤机液压调高系统的组成及工作原理,针对该液压调高系统在实际运行中出现的几种异常现象,进行了故障分析与排除,故障处理方法及结果对采煤机设计和使用者具有一定的参考价值。
The component and operating principle of height-regulating hydraulic system of MG300-W shearer are introduced. For several abnormal phenomena which occur in the practical operation of the height-regulating hydraulic system, fault analysis and trouble-shooting are carried out. The methods and results of trouble-shooting provide valuable reference for the designers and users of shearers.
