摘要
目的：介绍ＴＳＲＨ器械在脊柱外科的应用。方法：回顾性分析３４例应用ＴＳＲＨ器械治疗的各种脊柱疾患的手术疗效，探讨ＴＳＲＨ器械的特点、适应证及临床应用。结果：ＫｉｎｇⅢ、Ⅳ型特发性脊柱侧凸术后矫正率达６４５％，用于腰椎滑脱、椎间盘脱出症合并腰椎不稳、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱骨折等疗效满意。结论：ＴＳＲＨ器械是一种多功能的脊柱三维矫形器械，可用于前路和后路固定。
Objective: To introduce
a new three dimension correction
instrumentation named TSRH(Texas Scottish Rite Hospital) instrumentation
system.WTHZ]Method: Thirtyfour cases with various spinal diseases which have been treated
with TSRH instrumentation since July 1996 were analyzed with respect to the
characters,indications and clinical using of TSRH instrumentation. Result: Nine cases of
idiopathic scoliosis of King type / had a 64.5% correction rate,and others such as
spondylolisthesis,tumors,trauma,and disc herniation with spinal instability recovered very well.
No but one complication of transient neurologic numbness in King scoliosis was found in this
series. Conclusion: It suggested that TSRH is a new universal system for the treatment of
spinal disorders.\= =
