GC-MS分析两种提取方法对川产大花红景天挥发油的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析不同提取方法对四川川西高原产大花红景天的根和根茎中挥发油化学成分组成的影响。方法分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和石油醚回流提取法提取大花红景天挥发油并用GC-MS分析。结果从水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中,共检出90个成分,鉴定了其中的57个,占挥发油总量的80.6%,含量>5%的化学成分为香叶醇(27.77%)、2-甲基-3-丁烯基-2-醇(9.70%)、正辛醇(8.50%);从石油醚回流提取法提取物中,共检出34个成分,鉴定了其中的28个,占挥发油总量的91.9%,含量>5%的化学成分为环二十四烷(26.28%)、1-十九烯(13.91%)、亚油酸(10.30%)。结论不同提取方法对川西高原产大花红景天挥发油化学成分的影响较大。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of different extract methods on chemical constituents of the essential oil from Rhodiola crenulata growing in the western Sichuan province plateaus of China.METHODS The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and solvent extraction,respectively,and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS technique.RESULTS In the sample extracted by steam distillation,90 components were separated totally and 57 constituents were identified,which occupied 80.6% of essential oils.The major constituents were geraniol(27.77%),2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol(9.70%),1-octanol(8.50%).In the sample extracted by solvent extraction,34 components were separated totally,28 constituents were identified,which occupied 91.9% of essential oils.The major constituents were cyclotetracosane(26.28%),1-nonadecene(13.91%),linoleic acid(10.30%).CONCLUSION Different extract methods have important influence on chemical constituents of the essential oil from Rhodiola crenulata.
