直观推导式演进特征投影法辅助GC-MS分析桂枝中的挥发油 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析桂枝挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法从桂枝中提取挥发油成分,采用GC-MS法分离检测,结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对重叠色谱峰进行分辨解析,同时利用程序升温保留指数辅助定性。结果共分辨出73个色谱峰,鉴定出其中66个组分,占桂枝挥发油总量的94.43%,其主要化学成分为(E)-桂皮醛、cis-细辛醚、m-甲氧基桂皮醛、γ-杜松烯、匙叶桉油烯醇、α-香松烷等,与相关文献比较,共有20余个化合物为首次从桂枝挥发油中检出。结论结合使用HELP解析重叠色谱峰,比单独使用GC-MS法能更真实、全面地反映桂枝中的挥发油化学成分。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the essential oil components in Ramulus cinnamomi.METHODS The volatile constituent was extracted from Ramulus cinnamomi by steam distillation.GC-MS combined with heuristic evolving latent projections(HELP),a useful chemometric resolution method which could be used to resolve overlapping peaks in chromatogram,was employed to identify and comparatively analyze the volatile constituents,together with the temperature-programmed retention index for assistant identification.RESULTS A total of 73 chromatographic peaks were resolved,and among them,66 components in the essential oils of Ramulus Cinnamomi were identified,which accounted for 94.43% of the total relative contents.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were(E)-cinnamaldehyde,cis-asarone,m-methoxycinnamaldehyde,γ-cadinene,spathulenol,α-cedrane etc.There were not less than 20 compounds are first detected from the volatile oil of Ramulus cinnamomi with relative literatures.CONCLUSION GC-MS combined with HELP method could be more really and comprehensively reflect the essential oil components in Ramulus cinnamomi than just used the GC-MS method.
