HPLC测定复方阿达帕林乳膏中的维生素E和阿达帕林

Determination of vitamin E and adapalene in Complex adapalene cream by HPLC

目的采用RP-HPLC同时测定复方乳膏中的维生素E和阿达帕林。方法采用Grace C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以pH3的甲醇-磷酸为流动相,在277nm下检测。结果维生素E的线性范围为144.64～720μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),平均回收率100.0%,RSD=1.11%。阿达帕林的线性范围为4～40μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率100.6%,RSD=0.38%。结论所建方法可同时测定复方乳膏中的维生素E和阿达帕林,结果可靠、准确度高。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of vitamin E and adapalene in cream.METHODS The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Grace C18column（150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-phosphate（pH3）,and the detection wavelength was set at 277 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear over the rangs of 144.64-720 μg·mL^-1（r = 0.9996） and 4-40 μg·mL^-1（r = 0.9998） for vitamin E and adapalene,respectively.The average recovery rates were 100.0% with RSD of 1.11% for vitamin E and 100.6% with RSD of 0.38% for adapalene,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,relible and suitable for the simultaneous determination of vitamin E and adapalene in the cream.
