葡萄糖转运蛋白1与血管内皮细胞生长因子受体3在喉癌中的表达及其与淋巴转移的关系

摘要 目的探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白1(glucose transporter 1,GLUT1)与血管内皮生长因子受体3(vascular endothe-lial growth factor receptor 3,VEGFR-3)在人喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与淋巴转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法检测57例喉鳞状细胞癌患者的肿瘤组织、癌旁喉组织以及远离肿瘤的正常喉组织中GLUT1与VEGFR-3的表达,并结合喉癌患者的临床病理特征进行分析。结果 GLUT1在喉癌组织中的表达高于癌旁喉组织和正常喉组织(P<0.01);有淋巴转移的喉癌组织的表达高于无淋巴转移的喉癌组织(P=0.021);VEGFR-3在喉癌组织中的表达高于癌旁喉组织和正常喉组织(P<0.01);有淋巴转移的喉癌组织的表达高于无淋巴转移的喉癌(P=0.012)。结论 GLUT1及VEGFR-3与喉癌发生、发展、淋巴转移、转归等密切相关,可以作为喉癌的诊断、治疗、预后指标之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporter 1(GIUT1) and vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with lymphatic metastasis.Methods The expression of GLUT1 and VEGFR-3 in tumor tissues,peritumoral tissues and normal tissues from 57 patients with human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma analyzed was detected by immunohistochemistry method with clinicopathological features of the patients.Results The expression of GLUT1 and VEGFR-3 was significantly higher in tumor tissues than in peritumoral tissues and normal tissues(P 0.01).The expression of GLUT1 and VEGFR-3 was significantly correlated with lymphatic metastasis(P = 0.012).Conclusion GLUT1 and VEGFR-3 play an important role in tumorigenesis,development,lymphatic metastasis and prognosis of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,which can be used as one of the indicators for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
