UHS疝修补装置在腹股沟疝修补术中的应用

Application of ULTRAPRO Hernia System in the repair of inguinal hernia

目的探讨应用ULTRAPRO Hernia System（UHS）疝修补装置行腹股沟疝修补术的方法及效果。方法总结分析2009年3月至2010年3月应用UHS疝修补装置行腹股沟疝修补术81例的临床资料。结果 81例患者中I型疝12例,Ⅱ型疝34例,Ⅲ型35例;随访67例,随访率为82.7%,随访时间3~15个月,平均6.3个月;术后发生阴囊水肿l例,皮下淤血1例,未发现有感染、复发、腹股沟区慢性疼痛、睾丸萎缩等并发症发生。结论应用UHS行腹股沟疝修补术,能使补片完全覆盖耻骨肌孔,加强腹横筋膜,从而治愈腹股沟疝,并防止复发,是一种有效的无张力疝修补方法 。

Objective To evaluate the method and outcome of ULTRAPRO Hernia System（UHS） in the repair of inguinal hernia.Methods We summarized the experience of 81 cases of inguinal hernia during the period from March 2009 to March 2010.Results Among these 81 cases of inguinal hernia,there were 12 cases belonging to type I,34 cases belonging to type Ⅱ,and 35 cases belonging to type Ⅲ.The follow-up rate was 82.7%,with an average follow-up duration of 6.3 months（3-15 months）.Hydrocele occurred in 1 cases and subcutaneous congestion occurred in 1cases.No infection,recurrence of hernia,chronic pain in inguinal region and testis atrophy had been observed.Conclusion UHS has the merits of minimal invasion and quick rehabilitation.
