摘要 探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法对58例乳腺肿块的二维及彩色多普勒声像图特征与病理类型进行比较分析。结果 58例63个乳腺肿块均经手术病理检查证实,其中乳腺癌29个,超声诊断28个,符合率为98.28%;乳腺纤维瘤25个,超声诊断22个,符合率为94.63%;乳腺增生9个,超声诊断8个,符合率为98.28%。结论彩色多普勒超声能够初步鉴别乳腺癌、乳腺纤维瘤、乳腺增生,但对小乳癌的诊断仍有一定的局限。 Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of common breast lumps.Methods The two-dimensional ultrasonographic features,Color Doppler ultrasonographic features and pathological types of 58 patients with breast lumps were comparatively analyzed.Results Of the 64 breast lumps from 58 patients,there were 29 cases of breast cancer included 28 cases(98.27%) discovered by ultrasonic diagnosis,22 cases of breast fibroids included 25 cases(88.00%) discovered by ultrasonic diagnosis and 9 cases of breast hyperplasia included 8 cases(88.89%) discovered by ultrasonic diagnosis.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose breast cancer,breast fibroids and breast hyperplasia.But there are still some small limitations.
