信息干预对高血压患者行为方式的影响

Impact of information intervention on the behavior of patients with hypertension

目的探讨信息干预对高血压患者行为方式的影响。方法调查58例高血压患者对高血压相关知识的认知及饮食结构、运动状况、用药、测血压频率等遵医嘱情况在信息干预一年前后的变化,分析信息干预对高血压患者行为方式的影响。结果患者对高血压相关知识的认知及饮食结构、运动状况、用药、测血压频率等均优于信息干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息干预有助于高血压患者改变不良的行为方式,建立健康的行为方式。

Objective To explore the information intervention on the behavior of hypertensive patients.Methods We surveyed the information about diet,exercise status,compliance of medication and blood pressure measurement frequency of 58 cases of hypertension before and one year after the intervention,and then analyzed the impact of information intervention on the behavior of hypertensive patients.Results The patients＇ diet,exercise status,compliance of medication and blood pressure measurement frequency after intervention were significantly superior to the above information before intervention（P 0.05）.Conclusion Information intervention can change the bad behavior of hypertensive patients and establish healthy behaviors.
