摘要
目的观察大肠腺癌中HSP27和MMP9的表达情况。方法选择手术切除结直肠腺癌标本62例,并取20例癌旁正常大肠黏膜组织标本作对照,采用SP免疫组化方法检测HSP27和MMP9的表达。观察大肠腺癌组和对照组中HSP27、MMP9的表达;大肠腺癌组中年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、组织学类型、淋巴结转移以及Dukes分期与HSP27、MMP9表达的关系。结果大肠腺癌组的HSP27、MMP9表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。在中低分化腺癌和存在淋巴结转移患者的HSP27、MMP9表达显著高于高分化和无淋巴结转者(P<0.05或0.01);HSP27与MMP9在大肠腺癌中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 HSP27和MMP9在大肠腺癌的发生、分化、浸润、转移中起协同作用。
Objective To study the expression of HSP27 and MMP9 in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods 62 cases of Intestinal biopsy specimens of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 20 normal adjacent intestinal mucosal tissues were collected.The expression of HSP27 and MMP9 was detected by immunohistochemical staining(SP method).Results The positive rates of HSP27 and MMP9 protein was significantly higher in colorectal adenocarcinoma group than that in normal intestinal mucosa group(P〈0.01).The positive rates of HSP27 and MMP9 protein was significantly higher in poorly differentiated colorectal adenocarcinoma and with lymph node metastasis than that in well-differentiated colorectal adenocarcinoma and non-lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The expression of HSP27 and MMP9 has synergistic effect for the occurrence,differentiation,infiltration and transfer of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
