摘要
直接投入式颗粒状PE抗车辙剂在大幅提高沥青混合料高温性能的同时,对其水稳定性却有一定程度的负面影响,为此,分别采取水泥替代矿粉作为填料以及在沥青中混入钛酸酯偶联剂2种措施进行试验研究,旨在改善其水稳定性能。试验结果表明,采用水泥替代矿粉作为填料后,掺加PE抗车辙剂的沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比有很大提高,而在沥青中混入钛酸酯偶联剂作为界面改性剂的做法不甚理想。
Although directly-added granular PE rut-resistant agent improves high-temperature perfor-mance of asphalt mixture to a great extent,meanwhile it brings a certain adverse effect on water stability.Therefore,this paper carries out a test research by employing two measures,i.e.using cement instead of mineral powder as filler and mixing titanate coupling agent in asphalt with a purpose of improving its wa-ter stability.The test result shows that the frozen-thaw splitting strength ratio of the asphalt mixture blend-ed with PE rut-resistant agent after cement is used instead of mineral powder as filler is greatly enhanced,while the mixing of titanate coupling agent in asphalt as interface modifier is not so ideal.
