摘要
针对当前关于创新人才讨论中的语义模糊现象,本文对创新人才培养尝试进行了话语分析。文章认为,人才是一个带有选拔性的语词,创新是对"有"和"无"的操作,是对"有界"的突破。文章还提出"创新空间"、"最近创新空间"以及"有界半径"等概念。从目标上看,创新人才培养的有效含义应该是培养人才的创新素质。如果以选拔性的语义来议论创新人才培养,一方面存在不适当的分等和歧视风险,另一方面也无助于整体提高大学生的创新素质。
The present paper employs discourse analysis to clarify the lexical ambiguity in the current discussion on cultivating innovative talents.The paper points out that 'talents' as a term is often connected with highly selective processes,while 'innovation' usually refers to the breakthrough of certain boundaries between the known and unknown.This paper also puts forward concepts such as 'innovation space','the nearest innovation space' and 'the boundary radius'.The effective aim of cultivating innovative talents should be to foster the talents' innovation capacity.Equating the cultivation of innovative talents with selective screening would lead to inappropriate stratification as well as risky discrimination,and on the other hand,fail to enhance the overall innovation capability of students in colleges and universities.
