摘要
以15kW风力机叶片为例,采用ANSYS建立叶片的有限元模型。以结构动力学、柔性多体动力学和振动力学基本方程为理论基础,应用ANSYS软件计算桨叶在不同转速和不同覆冰厚度下的振动模态,计算出前5阶固有频率和振型,并与未覆冰状态进行比较,得出覆冰状态下叶片的特性变化。同时,对叶片的频率响应进行分析,得出频率与幅值的关系曲线。
This article take the 15 kW wind turbine blades as example,the finite element model of the blade was Modeled in ANSYS.According to the theoretical basis of the fundamental equation of structural dynamics,dynamics of flexible multibody and vibration mechanics,with the aid of software ANSYS,the model of blades were analyzed on the vibration modes which were under different rotational speeds and icing condition,the first five natural frequencies and vibration models are calculated,and to make comparison with icing condition,the characteristic change of icing blade has been obtained.Simultaneously,the blade natural frequency response analysis was conducted,the frequency and amplitude curves was obtained.
