摘要
通过紫外诱变对白腐菌进行驯化培养,获得高效木质素降解菌,其LiP活力为600IU/mL,MnP活力为1600IU/mL。利用紫外诱变菌株S对玉米秸秆中的木质素进行降解试验,结果表明,木质素降解率为48.4%,比出发菌株的木质素降解率(42.6%)提高了13.6%。
The degradation of lignin is the constraint for the utilization of lignin.White-rot fungus was cultivated by UV mutagenesis and the efficient lignin degradation bacteria was obtained,its LiP enzyme activity is 600 IU/mL,its MnP enzyme activity is 1 600 IU/mL.Experiment with the UV mutagenesis strains S for lignin degradation was carried out and the lignin degradation rate reached 48.4%,which is 13.6% above the lignin degradation rate(42.6%) by the strains are without UV mutagenesis.
