镁铝氧化物催化生物质衍生物的羟醛缩合研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在水相中加工生物质衍生物制备液体燃料的新方法。制备镁铝氧化物固体催化剂,在40℃下,考察糠醛和丙酮在催化作用下的羟醛缩合反应的动力学;以稀硫酸为催化剂制备纤维素的水解液,在40℃下,研究镁铝氧化物催化剂对纤维素水解液羟醛缩合反应的催化作用,得到了纤维素水解液羟醛缩合反应后的不溶于水的油性产物。 A new method that converts biomass-derived carbohydrates into liquid fuels in water phase was researched.The Mg-Al oxide solid catalyst was prepared.Reaction kinetics of aldolcondensation of furfural and acetone catalyzed by Mg-Al oxide at 40 ℃ was studied.The hydrolysis solution of cellulose was prepared.Aldol-condensation of hydrolysis solution of cellulose by Mg-Al oxide catalyst at 40 ℃ was studied,and water-insoluble oil-products was isolated from the reaction system.
