秸秆成型燃料自然干燥特性的实验研究

Experiment study on the natural drying characteristic of straw briquettes

选用不同的小麦秸秆成型燃料,测定其松弛密度和含水率等相关物性;在14d不同湿度的环境工况下,对秸秆成型燃料进行自然干燥实验,建立了干燥模型,研究了其整体自然干燥过程,分析影响成型燃料自然干燥特性的主要因素;在实验基础上给出了成型燃料充分自然干燥所需的时间。

This paper has selected several briquettes of straw with different levels of relax density and moisture content for study.Then the natural drying of the briquettes in four sites with different RH for 14 days has been carried out.A model has been made to discuss the process of drying of briquettes.Some parameters which have effects on the drying process have been evaluated.At last how long the natural drying of briquettes will be fully completed is estimated based on the experiments.
