摘要
在重庆地区多层建筑中,现浇空心楼盖结构已有所应用,但在高层建筑中却鲜有所闻。本文结合重庆某工程实例,提出了高层建筑采用现浇空心楼盖结构进行设计时应注意的一些问题和宜采取的结构措施,说明了此类结构的施工要点。并指明在高层建筑结构中采用空心楼盖能够有效降低层高、节省材料,降低建筑物综合造价;楼面开间大、方便使用;施工便捷、节约工期。该工程投入使用后,综合经济效益明显。
The on-the-spot cast hollow floor structure has been applied in multi-storey buildings in Chongqing.However,it is not heard about in high-rise buildings.In this paper,an example of cast hollow floor structure design in a high-rise building is talked about to illustrate that some of the concerning issues,the relevant structural measures,and construction key points should be paid attention to.And this paper also indicates that the use of cast hollow floor structure in high-rise buildings can effectively reduce the length,save materials and reduce the integrated building cost.it also contributes to bigger floor bay,utility convenience and better construction or shorter construction period.After the project put into use,the comprehensive economic benefit is self-observant.
