摘要
目的:评价生、制白附子的急性毒性作用。方法:分别测定制白附子70%乙醇提取物的LD50、制白附子水提物及生白附子70%乙醇提取物的最大给药量。结果:小鼠灌胃给予制白附子70%乙醇提取物1次,测得LD50为250.04(原生药g.kg-1);小鼠灌胃给予制白附子水提物2次,测得最大给药量为114.4(原生药g.kg-1)≥最大耐受量;小鼠灌胃给予生白附子70%乙醇提取物1次,测得LD50>364.0(原生药g.kg-1)。结论:制白附子70%乙醇提取物的急性毒性作用最明显。
Objective: To investigate the toxic effect of Rhizoma Typhonii.Method: According to the preliminary experiments,the acute toxic experiments of animals were investigated by maximal dosage experiments and LD50 experiment.Results: LD50 of 70% ethanol extract of processed rhizoma typhonii is 250.04g·kg^-1maximal dosage of processed rhizoma typhonii decoction is 114.4g kg-1,however,LD50 of 70% ethanol extract of processed rhizoma typhonii is greater than 364.0g·kg^-1Conclusion: The toxic effect of 70% ethanol extract of processed rhizoma typhonii is most significant.
