盐酸特比奈芬软膏含量反相HPLC法测定

Determination of terbinafine cream by RT-HPLC

目的：用反相HPLC测定方法检测盐酸特比萘芬软膏的含量。方法：Capcell-pak C18色谱柱,0.05M KH2PO4/乙晴为流动相,检测波长为225nm,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,外标法计算含量。结果：含量试验线性范围为：0.1-200 mg·100 ml^-1,r=0.9999,回收率为101.09%,RSD为0.84%。结论：该条件下反相HPLC测定盐酸特比萘芬软膏的含量快速简便,结果满意。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of terbinafine cream by RT-HPLC.Methods： Using RT-HPLC with Capcell-pak C18 column,0.05M KH2PO4 / ACN as the mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 225nm.Results： Calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.1～200mg·100ml^-1 for determination test（r=0.9999）.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and the results is accurate,reliable.
