西南多民族地区青少年思想道德素质发展的制约因素——基于贵州省的实证调查

Research on the Inhabiting Factors of Development about Adolescents' Ideological and Moral Quality in Southwest Multinational Regions of China——the Empirical survey based on Guizhou Province

青少年思想道德素质发展状况是社会环境因素交互作用的结果。研究表明,在以贵州省为个案的西南多民族地区经济社会背景下,因缺乏应有的资源供给力度、合理的基层政府任务序列和对思想道德建设的理性认识,青少年思想道德建设面临巨大的经济性、体制性和社会心理压力。只有大力发展区域经济、不断推进地方民主制度建设和引导青少年增强政府信任,才能为青少年思想道德建设提供经济、政治保证和社会心理基础。

The status of development about adolescents＇ ideological and moral quality is the result of interaction of social environment factors. The result of research show that adolescents＇ ideological and moral construction is confronted with the enormous economic, institutional and social psychological pressure in the economic and social background of treating Guizhou province as a case in southwest multinational regions of China, for lacking of intensity of resource supply,reasonable sequence in the task of primary government,and rational cognition for adolescents＇ ideological and moral construction. Only by developing regional economy vigorously, and promoting local democratic institution construction, and guiding adolescent to strengthen trust in government, we can provide economic, political guarantees and social psychological basis for adolescents＇ ideological and moral construction.
