乳酸脱氢酶C_4抗血清被动免疫大鼠的避孕作用 被引量:3

摘要 乳酸脱氢酶C_4(LDH-C_4)抗血清对大鼠有生殖抑制作用。精子凝集试验表明LDH-C_4抗体属凝集抗体。分别在受精前后各4d内,以每只大鼠腹腔注射0.5ml/d抗血清,被动免疫Wistar雌大鼠。受精后14d将其处死,剖腹计数各组妊娠率。结果表明:受精前组妊娠率与对照组无显著性差别;而受精后组与对照组有显著差别,可见部分着床后的胚胎死亡吸收,病理检查胚胎和胎盘均呈明显的炎症反应,提示LDH-C_4抗体能中止胚胎发育。而大鼠其他各重要脏器在形态上未见免疫病理改变。 Pregnancy suppression in the rat with an antiserum to lactate dehydrogenase-C4 is reported in this paper. The antibody was proven to be a sperm agglutinin. Female Wistar rats were passively immunized with intraperitoneal injections of 0.5 ml antiserum per rat everyday for 4 days before and 4 days after fertilization. Then sacrificed on day 14 aftar fertilization comparing the incidence of pregnancy with controls. A significant decrease in the number of pregnancy was found in the post-fertilization group but not in the pre-fertilization group. Some embryos were absorbed. Obvious inflammatory lesions were found in tho embryos and placentas indicating antibody inhibition of embryo development. No immunopathological alterations in morphology was found in the any of the major organs of the rat.
