摘要
目的 探讨经脐静脉插管在脐带干结新生儿中应用的可行性.方法 自2008年3月至12月,在27例脐带干结新生儿中实施经脐静脉插管.插管日龄为3～11 d,平均为（4.5±1）d.结果 插管成功率为88.9%,留置时间为2～10 d,平均为（7±1.3）d,无血管内导管相关血流感染和血栓栓塞并发症.结论 在脐带干结的新生儿中,经脐静脉插管简便易行.
Objective To explore the feasibility of umbilical vein catheterization in infant with dry umbilical cord. Methods From Mar. to Dec. 2008, there were 27 neonates aged from 3 days to 11 days （mean： 4.5 ±1.0 days） underwent umbilical venous catheterization. Results The success rate was 88.9%,and the duration for cathetering were 2 - 10 days（ 7 ±1.3 days ） without infection and thromboembolism. Conclusions Insertion of umbilical venous catheters in infant with dry umbilical cord is convenient.
