摘要
溶液雾化氧化法是一种很有前途的精细粉体材料制备方法,与传统的液相化学合成制备技术相比,其流程简单、过程受控、成本低廉、环境友好。本文简要介绍了溶液雾化氧化法制备精细粉体材料的工艺特点,概述了该方法在制备镍钴金属各类精细粉体上的应用,并对该工艺的未来发展进行了展望。
Solution spray-oxidation is a promising preparation method of fine powder material.Compared with traditional chemical synthesis preparation in solution,it has the following features:simple process,low cost,controlled procedure,environmentally.Process characteristic of fine powder material preparation with solution spray-oxidation was presented simply in this paper,the process application in preparation of all kinds of nickel -cobalt metal fine powder material was introduced,and future development of the process was prospected.
