摘要
目的：研究泽漆的化学成分。方法：采用多种分离材料,包括硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18,分离纯化得到单体,并通过波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果：从泽漆的95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位,分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为泽漆酸A（Ⅰ）,樱花苷（Ⅱ）,persicogenin3’-glucoside（Ⅲ）。结论：3个化合物均为首次从泽漆中分离得到。
Objiective：Studies on the chemical constituents of Euphorbia helioscopia L.Methods：Compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Euphorbia helioscopia L.by silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography.They were identified on the basis of NMR data and comparison with literatures.Results：Three compounds were identified as urushi acid A（Ⅰ）,sakuranin（Ⅱ）and persicogenin 3＇-glucoside（Ⅲ）.Conclusion：Those compounds were firstly isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia L.
