摘要
目的:研究泽漆的化学成分。方法:采用多种分离材料,包括硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和反相RP-18,分离纯化得到单体,并通过波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果:从泽漆的95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇部位,分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为泽漆酸A(Ⅰ),樱花苷(Ⅱ),persicogenin3’-glucoside(Ⅲ)。结论:3个化合物均为首次从泽漆中分离得到。
Objiective:Studies on the chemical constituents of Euphorbia helioscopia L.Methods:Compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Euphorbia helioscopia L.by silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography.They were identified on the basis of NMR data and comparison with literatures.Results:Three compounds were identified as urushi acid A(Ⅰ),sakuranin(Ⅱ)and persicogenin 3'-glucoside(Ⅲ).Conclusion:Those compounds were firstly isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia L.
