乌拉地尔与其它血管扩张剂治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效分析

Therapeutic Observation of Urapidil and Other Vasodilators in Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的：探讨乌拉地尔治疗急性左心衰竭的临床价值和意义。方法：回顾性分析我院10年来使用乌拉地尔、硝普钠、硝酸甘油、酚妥拉明四种血管扩张剂治疗急性左心衰竭的临床作用与副作用并进行比较。结果：四种药物均可以扩张血管,改善心衰,但在改善心衰的多种症状中,乌拉地尔在缓解呼吸困难及消除湿罗音方面优于其他三种药物,而其使心率过速及使血压过降等副作用又明显小于其他三种药物。结论：乌拉地尔可以作为急性左心衰竭抢救治疗的优选药物之一。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of urapidil in treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods：To make retrospective analysis of urapidil,sodium nitroprusside,nitroglycerin and phentolamine on acute left heart failure.Results：（1） phentolamine resulting in heart rate increase more than 100bpm accounted for 64%,and urapidil only accounted for 5%.The difference between two drugs was significant.（2） Sodium nitroprusside was easy to lead to blood pressure decrease,the systolic pressure smaller than 12kpa occupied 29%,while urapidil only occupied 6%.There was difference between two drugs.（3） The most desirable for disappearance of lung rale was phentolamine,reached 91%,next was urapidil,accounted for 90%,there was no difference between two drugs.Of the sodium nitroprusside and nitroglycerin,only occupied 68% and had significant difference to urapidil.Conclusion：Urapidil is one of the optimal select drugs for treatment on acute left heart failure.
