硬脑膜网状成型术治疗重型颅脑损伤

Operative Treatment of Dura Net Plasty for Severe Cranial Cerebral Injury

目的：探讨硬脑膜网状成型术治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法：回顾分析采用去骨瓣减压并硬脑膜网状成型术治疗的45例重型颅脑损伤患者,并采用随机原则将既往行去骨瓣减压术同时放射状剪开硬脑膜的45例重型颅脑损伤患者作为对照。结果：硬脑膜网状成型组与放射状剪开硬脑膜组相比,脑脊液漏、脑膨出及皮瓣下积液发生率均有显著差异。结论：硬脑膜网状成型术是治疗重型颅脑损伤较好的方法。

Objective：To investigate the effect of dura net plasty in the treatment of severe cranial cerebral injury.Methods：54 severe cranial cerebral injury cases were treated with dura net plasty.While 45 severe cranial cerebral injury patients treated with decompressive craniectomy in the past were taken as control group.Results：Compared with the control group,the group treated with dura net plasty recovered better and less complications in CSF leakage encephalocele and subscalp effusion.Conclusion：Dura net plasty is an effective method in the treatment of severe cranial cerebral injury.
