摘要
目的:了解医学生对医疗纠纷的认知状况,探讨从课程设置、医疗实践等方面来加强医学生认知和防范医疗纠纷。方法:采取整群抽样方法进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象中对医疗纠纷很了解的仅占1.2%,基本不了解的占33.0%,一般认识的占61.0%;认为在校了解医疗纠纷对今后工作重要的占96.6%,认为有必要开设医疗纠纷相关课程的占92.3%。结论:医学生对医疗纠纷的认知程度低,急需从课程设置等方面来加强医学生对医疗纠纷的认识及防范教育。
Objective:To understand the medical student's cognitive perception on medical dispute,and to explore how to strengthen the medical student's cognitive perception and how to help avoid the medical dispute by setting up proper curriculum and medical practice.Method:By adminstering questionnaiire survey with cluster sampling.Result:Among the individuals under our statistical investigation,those who know the medical dispute well only make up 1.2 percent;those who have hardly acquaintance are 33.0 percent;those who know a little make up 61.0 percent;those who think that understanding medical dispute at school is important for their future work account for 96.6 percent of the total and those who think it is significant to establish a course in medical dispute account for 92.3.Conclusion:The medical students know little about medical dispute,and it is urgent to strengthen their perception and containment on medical dispute by setting up proper curricalum or adopting other methods.
