液态发酵生产衣康酸的条件研究

摘要 以菌株土曲霉Aspergillus terreus液态发酵生产衣康酸,进行碳源、氮源和镁铁盐、磷酸二氢钾含量与衣康酸的产率关系的研究.实验结果表明:在37℃下,180r/m的恒温振荡器中连续培养5d,其发酵培养的最适宜的培养基组成为:葡萄糖为碳源,含量为5g;NH4NO3为氮源,含量为0.2g;MgSO4.7H2O能够促进菌体生长和发酵产酸,其含量为0.16g;FeSO4.7H2O为0.004g及KH2PO4为0.006g.此时,衣康酸的产率最高达4.5%. Effects of carbon source,nitrogen source and elements on production of itaconic acid by Aspergillus terreus with liquid fermentation were studied.Result showed that the optimal medium for itaconic acid production was as followed in 100mL broth containing glucose 5g,NH4 NO3 0.2g,MgSO4.7H2O 0.16g,FeSO4.7H2 O 0.004g and KH2 PO4 0.006g.When incubated at 37℃ and 180r/m,the content of itaconic acid was 4.5% of broth after 5d.
