新资助政策下高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作存在许多问题,其原因主要有:权利义务不对等,实际调查成本高和失信成本较低。完善其认定工作的创新对策是:规范地方政府认证,校内多方协调、建立动态信息库,建立权利义务对等的资助新模式,加强大学生诚信教育。

Under the new economic supporting policies,in consideration of the problems in identifying the students with economic difficulity in high schools and together with actual work experience,this article takes a subject of how to identify the students with economic difficulity in a reasonable and scientific way,and put forward a few creative resolutions for it.
