摘要
本文介绍用无透析机血液透析(NIHD)简单易行的方法治疗8例慢性肾功能衰竭(肾衰)64例次的初步观察结果。在血流量200ml/min的条件下,按透析液流量(Q_D)150ml/min和100ml/min分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,每组各32例次。另用20例次常规血液透析(RHD),其Q_D为500ml/mia,作为对照(Ⅲ组)。观察到透析4h时Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组对尿素氮和肌酐的透析器清除率分别约为Ⅲ组的80%、40%和75%、50%。两组NIHD对尿毒症中分子量物质有满意的清除,也观察到本法对代谢性酸中毒纠正不足等缺点。就NIHD的临床用途、疗效和改进方法等作了讨论。
A non-instrumental hemodialygis (NIHD) technique was used on 64 occasions in the treatment of 8 patients with chronic renal failure. Blood flow was controlled at 200ml/min. The dialyzing rates for 32 sessions each in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 150 ml/min and 100ml/min respectively. 20 sessions of regular hemodialysis with a dialyzing rat? of 500 ml/min served as controls (group Ⅲ). By the end of 4 hours, blood urea uitrogen and creatinene clearance in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 80%, 40% and 75%, 50% of group Ⅲ respectively. In both NIHD groups, clearance of middle molecules was satisfactory, but the correction of metabolic aoidosis was insufficient. Clinical applications, therapeutic effect of NIHD and measures for improvement are discussed.
