摘要
通过对食用菌菌株进行变色圈试验和稻壳降解试验,筛选出2株选择性降解木质素的理想菌株P4(平菇四季大白)和X2206(香菇2206)。拮抗反应试验表明,这2株菌无拮抗反应,可共同培养。经正交试验分析,确定菌联合降解稻壳木质素的最佳选择性条件:CaCl2和(NH4)2SO4的质量分数分别为0.048%和0.18%,吐温80的质量分数为0.05%。
Through discoloration circle experiment and rice husk degradation experiment, the edible fungi is selected the ideal strains of ligin degradation of ligin (P4 and X2206) . The antagonistic reaction experiment results show that the two strains can co-culture. The optimal selective condations are determined by the orthogonal analysis, which including: CaCl2 and (NH4) 2SO4 mass fraction of 0.048% and 0.18%, Tween 80 volume-the mass ratio of 0.05%.
