黑宝石李果实目前常用低温气调方法进行贮藏,果实贮藏前的准备过程对低温气调贮藏效果有极大影响。综述了黑宝石李果实采前管理、采摘、采后处理和库体消毒等贮藏前准备过程关键技术和注意事项。
The optimal storage for Fraiar plum fruit are stored controlling atmosphere storage, the preparation process for storage is very important for storage quality of Fraiar plum fruit. The preparation process for Fraiar plum fruit storage are reviewed from pre-harvest management, picking, post-harvest treatment and sterilizing refrigeratory etc.
