摘要
根据食品加工与安全选修课的特点,以增强学生的食品安全观,提高学生专业技能为目的,研究了课程教学的内容,确定了教学重点,在教学方法上提出了自己的见解。
According to the feature of the food processing and food safety course, this paper discusses the teaching content, determines the teaching emphasis, and some teaching methods, which can strengthen the food security outlook and professional skills of students.
